What challenges do you face in your work space: Everyone has a different idea of what 'HOT' is, so you have to get in their brain and figure out what their tastes are. Your working with peoples faces so it can be tricky and very personal. 

Whats advise do you have for newbies in the industry: Do free work on models! They'll end up falling in love by the end of the session and you will get clients out of it because she will then post all her hot pics.
